New feature: Cloud storage with version control #148

There is a documented issue on the repository at github which suggests that a pattern cloud is a new feature to be implemented.

There is an existing pattern cloud at seamly.cloud

I am willing to update the documentation in the wiki and other places to clarify this. I am waiting for response and discussion by any other developer who may already be working on this.

I believe the idea here is to allow a welcome screen in Seamly2D to show templates, shared patterns etc. stored on seamly.cloud (or anything else compatible) and to allow patterns (and measurements) to be saved to seamly.cloud and opened from seamly.cloud directly from Seamly2D.
