I am in the process of creating a table listing all of the files in the top level of the directory tree at github. I discovered the file CONTRIBUTING.md. I read the file and it contains a description of the workflow.
Before I found the file, I had learned how to push, commit, and trigger a build. I will follow the instructions for any further work I do that impacts the repository.
I will put the table of file descriptions here and on the WIKI once it is done
